Due to low RSVP numbers and poor weather, we have decided to cancel the cookout for tonight. 

Date: August 25th

Time: 6-8

Who: New teachers, mentors, admin team, GRIT members, other “new community member” tour bus participants, and the families of all those invited.

What: Cookout.  Burgers, brats, hot dogs, chips, sides.  Games will be playedPlease put down your food preference with RSVP so we know how much to account for.

Where: Jaycee Field shelter

Cost: TBD, $5 per person with pre-order, $7 per person that evening

Misc:  Bring your own beverages.  We will provide coolers with ice and cooks to make the food.  Please RSVP through our contact page.
